To support Jewish communities and organizations through tailored consulting and leadership development, enabling them to position themselves sustainably for the future and strengthen their resilience.
Jewish life in Germany is diverse, yet at the same time faces numerous challenges: from the integration of Jewish refugees from Ukraine to a deteriorating sense of security among many Jews due to a significant rise in antisemitism. In order to strengthen communities in a sustainable way and to provide Jewish leaders with the ability to act confidently even in times of crisis, the Central Council of Jews in Germany launched the “GemeindeCoaching” programme. It offers professional consulting to initiate and firmly embed processes of change.
The Alfred Landecker Foundation supports the programme in order to sustainably promote Jewish life in Germany. Based on feedback from the communities, the coaching is deployed flexibly and in a targeted manner exactly where acute need exists. In this way, volunteer and professional Jewish leaders and their communities receive precisely the support they need.
