Mission

Following five years of successful work in Germany, the Federal Association RIAS e.V. has expanded its own database to enable easier access for incident reporting centres in other European countries.

With the European Network on Monitoring Antisemitism (ENMA), a Europe-wide network of national monitoring centres will be established for comparable documentation.

In October 2018, the Federal Association of Departments for Research and Information on Antisemitism (RIAS) was founded in Berlin. It was founded with the aim of ensuring the standardised recording and documentation of antisemitic incidents nationwide based on the IHRA working definition. It also provides support to those affected. The federal association RIAS e.V. initiates and supports the establishment of regional reporting and support networks. It supports and trains civil society projects that record antisemitic incidents within Germany.
